General Policy
Floyie operates as a digital health insights platform. All services, including AI-powered guidance, reports, and subscription plans, are delivered electronically. Because our offerings involve instant or ongoing access to digital features, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription or service has been activated.
Subscription Billing
If Floyie introduces subscription-based services, billing will occur at the time of purchase. You will receive immediate access to all included features for the duration of your billing cycle. Charges for subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically qualify for a refund of past payments.
Exceptions
